Dan was recommended to me, I’m finding as I renovate it’s becoming harder to find decent tradesperson with time and good communication. I seen his work and loved it, this is our forever home so it has to look just as I want it too. Dan came quoted and gave me a timescale for when he could start the work, I’ve found as I do each room I plan and book ahead so I know he’s been secured to commence the work in with our project time scales. Dan’s finish is incredible, we used various others in the past too, so we have a good comparable.He’s thermal boarded,skimmed, boarded and studded about a 1/3 of our house. In terms of pricing he’s about right for his level of skill, you will get cheaper plasters, but it’s about the finish for me. Let’s face it this sort of work it dirty and horrible too, I wouldn’t want to do it !! He is trustworthy, I’m happy to leave him working away while I get on with my day.
